Before you choose
Start with the sofa, not the table
Four numbers decide whether a coffee table fits the room or fights it. These are the standard interior rules of thumb, not claims about any product on this page. Measure once, then everything below gets easier.
01 Length
About two thirds of the sofa
A table roughly two thirds the length of the sofa reads as deliberate. On a typical 84 inch three seater that is around 56 inches for a rectangle, or a 33 to 36 inch round table paired with a side table.
02 Height
Level with the seat, or lower
Match the seat cushion height or sit up to 2 inches below it. Most sofas seat at 17 to 18 inches, which puts the useful range for a top at roughly 15 to 18 inches.
03 Reach
14 to 18 inches of gap
Leave 14 to 18 inches between the front of the sofa and the edge of the table. Close enough to set a mug down without leaning, far enough to walk past.
04 Walkway
30 inches around the group
Keep at least 30 inches of clear floor on the routes people use. If the room is tight, a round table is the easier answer because there are no corners to catch a shin.

Materials and care
What each top is actually made of
Taken from the spec list on each product page, not from a brochure. Every one of these wipes clean with a damp cloth.
Sintered stone
A fired mineral slab on electroplated metal legs. The hardest surface here, and the one to pick if the table doubles as a dining or work top.
Solid ash and walnut
Real wood on metal legs, with a natural grain that resists heat. Both two tier tables are rated for indoor or outdoor use.
Solid walnut veneer
Walnut veneer over a solid core, carried on a metal pedestal. Rated to 200 lbs, finished smooth so it wipes clean.
Faux marble on solid wood
A glossy marble look surface over thickened solid wood. The heaviest rating on this page at 280 lbs, with arc edges instead of corners.
Engineered wood and steel
An MDF core with a heat and stain resistant top on a stainless steel base. Rated to 220 lbs and it does not wobble.
Water wave tempered glass
Textured tempered glass over solid wood and a reinforced metal frame, with rounded corners for family rooms.

How fast will it get here?
Processing takes 24 hours and delivery takes 7 to 10 business days, so most orders arrive within 8 to 11 business days of being placed. A tracking link goes out by SMS or email once it ships. Weather, holidays and carrier delays are the usual exceptions.
Can I cancel if I change my mind?
Yes, with no penalty, within 24 hours of placing the order. Email support@zornits.com with the subject line Cancel. After that window, if it has already shipped, contact us and we will help.
Can I return a coffee table if I do not like it?
No, and we would rather say so on this page than at checkout. Furniture and lighting are non-returnable except in cases of damage or defect. That is exactly why this page leads with a sizing guide and publishes real dimensions. Measure first.
What if it arrives damaged or defective?
Contact support@zornits.com immediately with your order details and photo proof. We arrange a replacement. This applies to every table on this page.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping over $50 is a Zornits+ benefit. The membership is $99.99 a year, billed once, cancel any time. Without it, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Which table suits a small room?
A round one. There are no corners to catch a shin on a tight walkway, and a nesting set gives you a second surface only when you need it. The Round Nesting Coffee Table Set 2 and the lift-top sets are the ones built for that.
