Is the sectional price for the whole sofa?
For the Cloud, Corduroy and Feather ranges, no — the price is per module. A corner is one piece, an armless seat is another, an ottoman is another. The Bubble Modular 4 Pcs is the exception: one price buys all four pieces.
How long does furniture take to arrive?
Home items are delivered within 7–10 business days after a 24-hour processing window. Tracking goes out by SMS or email once it ships. The 1-day Salt Lake City delivery covers other categories but excludes Home products, so furniture follows the standard timeline.
Can I return a sofa if I don't like it?
No. Furniture and lighting are non-returnable except for damage or defect — that is the current policy, and we would rather you knew now than after delivery. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, email support@zornits.com with your order number and photos and a replacement is arranged.
What if I change my mind straight away?
Any order can be canceled with no penalty within 24 hours of placing it. Email support@zornits.com with the subject line “Cancel”. After it ships, contact us and we will tell you what is possible.
Do the modules from different ranges fit together?
Stay within one range. Cloud, Corduroy and Feather each have their own seat height and depth, so mixing them leaves a visible step. Within a range, any corner, armless seat and ottoman line up.
Is there a warranty or a payment plan?
Zornits does not currently publish a furniture warranty or offer financing, so this page does not claim either. What is covered is damage and defects on arrival, handled as a replacement.
